Proving that their expertise is not only within denim making – jean favourite, Levi’s, have released the latest companion to their ever expanding footwear selection: the City Sneaker.
Using a recycled outsole, the shoes embrace the free spirited comfort and style that has become so synonymous with Levi’s. Made in three colours, the lightweight sneakers are coated in a mesh upper (similar to running shoes) and stitched together for increased durability.
The release comes shortly after the brand celebrated the 140th anniversary of the 501. Yet, it seems their roots will continue in creating well-structured jeans, this latest release offers a glimpse into an aspect of the brand that is soon to be celebrated with ruptures of applause.
